About Heather

A multi-passionate, heart-based lover of life

Heather is a facilitator of health and healing, an entrepreneur and a creative who walks her talk and does her best to follow the path of least resistance.

As a “Great Life Experimenter,” her world is a balance of adventure, variety, ease, joy, and freedom; and is rich with abundance, meaningful connections and deep relationships. Heather relies on an inner navigational system (gut/sacral response) to guide all of her activities. This means that she trusts deeply and chooses only to do things that feel right in the moment.

She has always had a passion for the creative side of life. As a child, Heather dabbled in watercolours with her dad and wrote stories at the lake during the summer. As most of us do, Heather left the art world in her early twenties so that she could grow and learn in other ways. Now that she is in her forties, she is ready to step back into the gifts that come with rediscovering creativity and passion.

She took up painting and writing again at the age of 41 when the pandemic required her to close her in-person healing practice. Heather maintains an online healing practice where she continues to facilitate extraordinary transformation for and with her clients.

Heather is highly intuitive and uses that pull to help create magic both with words and acrylic paint on canvas.

“To do what we love doing every day means that we are truly blessed in every way.“

Artist

Heather finds the most joy playing with both texture and colour. She finds the most ease and flow through the intuitive practice that creates abstract work. In comparison to her husband’s portraits, Heather often describes her paintings as those that don’t look like anything specific but are instead open to interpretation. Every painting has a story and every story needs to be told.

Writer

As a child, Heather was fascinated by the idea of being a writer. Over the past few years, Heather has published several BLOG posts and articles for YMM Magazine. She has also twice been a contributor to the NorthWord Literary Journal. Fast forward to today, and she is currently working on a memoir with an estimated release date of 2023.
